Josette: Death of a Star is a murder mystery visual novel otome game. The game is set in the year of 1959 where you play as Sergeant Cosette, a detective and the estranged twin sister of the late nation's star; Josette Bellange. Disguise as your late sister, indulge yourself in a toxic romance with the suspects, and seek out the truth behind her death in this murder mystery otome game.
What... happened?
Josette Bellange; a beloved and famous jazz singer, suddenly announced that she would be taking a break, one that surprised her fans. Unbeknownst to anyone, however, Josette turned out to be dead, her body unable to be identified by the police - except for Sergeant Cosette, a detective, and the estranged sister of Josette who identified her body immediately.
The police were set to end the investigation into Josette’s case immediately, but Cosette was persistent. She wants to take matters into her own hands – to find the truth of her sister's death, even if it means she needs to disguise as the famous jazz singer and seduce the suspects to extract information from them.
